Guidelines for filling out the application for participants
Before completing the form, please
read the instructions on how to fill in the fields.
The application can be filled on your native language.
Step 1: Select your country from the drop-down list
Please note that women who are citizens of BRICS countries are invited to participate in the competition. Initiatives and projects can be implemented not only in the country of citizenship but also in any other BRICS country.
Step 4. Briefly describe the participant’s work experience in the field of Ecology and her achievements.
Step 2. Fill in the participant's information
Please note that only women are eligible to participate in the competition. Make sure to check the spelling of your contact email address. If there is an error, we will not be able to contact you.
Step 5. Select the nomination title from the list.
Step 6. Enter the name of the project and/or initiative
Step 7. Briefly describe the project, its goals and objectives
Step 3. Indicate the participant's position and upload a photo
Please note that if the participant reaches the finals or wins, information such as her name, surname, position, and photo will be posted on the website in the 'Finalists and Winners' section.
Step 8. Provide a brief history of the project/initiative’s development: when and by whom it was founded, and what the key stages of its development were.
Indicate the quantitative and target indicators of the project/initiative that have been achieved from the start to the present day.
Step 9. Share the results the project or initiative has achieved.
Step 10. Describe the target audience of the project or initiative. What is its maximum reach?
Step 11. Indicate in which countries the project or initiative is represented.
Step 13. Describe how you envision the prospects for the project's development.
Step 12. Briefly share the social impact the project or initiative is currently having on society and the impact it aims to achieve in the future.
What steps can be taken to make these initiatives available in other countries? If you do not yet have ideas on this matter, what are the prerequisites for the project's growth and scaling within the country where it is currently implemented?
Step 14. Describe the innovative approaches that are already being used in the project/initiative.
If none are being used yet, which ones do you plan to implement and within what time frame?
Step 15. Provide a link to the project website.
If the project or initiative does not yet have a website, you can provide a link to its social media. If there are no social media links, you may provide a link to the project presentation. If there are multiple links, please indicate the one you consider the most representative. Alternatively, you can create a multilink using free services such as https://app.aqulas.com/ or https://taplink.at/en/
Step 16. Tell us about your own contribution and the additional resources secured for the project's implementation.
Step 17. Tell us about the project team: how many people are on the team, which specialists are part of the team, and their expertise and work experience.
Please note that we do not request personal information or contact details of the team members.
Step 18. Provide a link or links to publications about the project/initiative in the media, organizational websites, scientific reports, and other sources.
Step 19. Share additional information about yourself, your project, or initiative.
Provide a link to download the project logo, video, photos, and other files. By submitting media files related to the project, you consent to their use on the Competition website in the project card if it reaches the finals and wins in its category.
